Features
The structural principle of rapid steamer is as follows: heavy air will be replaced by light steam and go down. The air exhaust device is set at the bottom of box.
The seal mouth of inlet and outlet for fabric is arranged at both ends of machine and is located at sucking region of pass of air exhausted.
Fabric will lead into cloth inlet from cloth fed device through active traction guide roll. The cloth fed inlet connects to pumping and sucking system. In this way it is not necessary to set lip seal or other complex adjusting mechanism in order to avoid steam escaping and air mixing.
The design of inlet and outlet for fabric is similar. There is pumping and sucking system, At top there is heating device in order to form water drop。
In standard steam box, fabric will pass interval returning stainless steel roll for hanging cloth to let cloth pass through full steam box. Both ends of cloth hanging roll are connected to cycle chain at each side of steam box and return continuously and pass through the steam box. There is a ring at rear cloth hanging roll to catch cloth.
It will be run with continuous state and passed the steam box.
The wall plate of whole body is made of stainless steel that can resist high temperature and corrosion. It is not necessary to coat any corrosion resist paint. It can keep long life.
